Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the popbd platform. All guidelines on accounts, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming are explained in detail here.
Introduction & Applicability
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the popbd platform and all related services. By visiting the popbd website, creating an account, or using any service, you are deemed to have agreed to all of these Terms in full.
popbd operates as a safe and reliable online entertainment platform for players in Bangladesh. We follow SSL encryption and fair play principles, and we place user protection as our top priority. popbd reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, and continued use of the service after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age & Identity
You must be at least 21 years old to open an account at popbd. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Accounts created with false information may be cancelled and any associated balance forfeited.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be permanently closed and any bonuses and winnings earned will be considered void.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited. popbd is not responsible for any unauthorised use of your account.
2.4 Identity Verification
popbd reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) at any time. If the required documents are not submitted, your account may be temporarily restricted.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
popbd processes transactions exclusively through mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits or withdrawals through any other method are not supported.
3.1 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount via any method is ৳100. Amounts below this cannot be deposited.
3.2 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount via any method is ৳800. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
3.3 Withdrawal Time
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank, available across a wide area of Bangladesh. You can transact safely at any time via Rocket through popbd.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
New members at popbd receive a welcome bonus. Once a bonus is accepted, the following conditions apply automatically.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
- 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳32,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance ৳47,000.
- The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
- A 25x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit plus bonus).
- Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
- If the requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
- Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- If bonus abuse is proven, the relevant account will be closed and the bonus forfeited.
- popbd reserves the right to review suspicious activity.
4.4 Other Promotions
- Various promotional offers may be available from time to time.
- Each offer will have its own terms, which will be detailed on the relevant offer page.
- popbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
VIP Program & Cashback
popbd's VIP Program has five tiers. You can advance from one tier to the next through regular play. Each tier comes with weekly cashback benefits.
popbd reserves the right to change the detailed benefits and terms of VIP tiers. Cashback benefits are subject to their own separate terms.
Gaming Rules & Prohibited Activities
All forms of fraudulent activity on the popbd platform are strictly prohibited. The following is a list of prohibited activities:
- Placing bets using software bots or automated programs.
- Exploiting any game bug or technical issue.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
- Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.
- Operating an account using a fake identity or false information.
- Attempting to exploit security vulnerabilities in the system.
If involvement in any of the above activities is proven, popbd may close the account and forfeit all funds without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
7.1 Technical Disruptions
popbd bears no liability for compensation if a game is interrupted due to server outages, internet connectivity issues, power failures, or any other technical reason. However, in such situations, an attempt will be made to refund the amount of the relevant bet.
7.2 Third-Party Services
popbd is not responsible for errors or disruptions caused by third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, etc.) or payment services.
7.3 Betting Decisions
All betting decisions are entirely the user's own. popbd accepts no responsibility for financial losses. We always encourage responsible gaming.
7.4 Accuracy of Information
If a technical error is found in odds, information, or results displayed on the platform, popbd reserves the right to correct it and, if necessary, void the relevant bet.

10.2 Closure by popbd
popbd reserves the right to close any account at any time in cases of Terms violations, fraud, illegal activity, or security risks. In cases of serious violations, all funds may be forfeited.
10.3 Service Changes
popbd reserves the right to change, add, or remove services, games, odds, or features at any time. Where changes are significant, an effort will be made to notify users in advance.
10.4 Terms Updates
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after an update will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly.

Miscellaneous Provisions
If any one provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Waiving any provision of these Terms does not mean that the same provision cannot be enforced again in the future. popbd reserves the right to transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to a third party, but users may not do so.
